Our Services

The home inspection offers a comprehensive evaluation of the property's condition and provides valuable insights for the buyer or homeowner. By conducting a thorough inspection, potential issues can be identified and evaluated, allowing for informed investment decisions and confident negotiations. We highly recommend that you attend the inspection to maximize the learning experience and to receive answers to any questions you may have.

Our team is available to provide additional support and clarification following the inspection.

Home Buyer Inspections

In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well-informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have us perform a professional home inspection. We are trained to identify problem areas both small and large that may have been overlooked by the previous owners and to identify which require immediate attention.

Seller Pre-listing Inspections

Whether you are selling your home on your own or using a Realtor, it's always a prudent idea to have a professional home inspection. All homes have strengths and weaknesses. We help you determine how serious any problems are, which must be immediately addressed and which can wait. The more you know about your home, the more prepared you will be for negotiation.

Thermal imaging Inspections

All inspectors are equipped with infrared cameras that allow us to view sources of water penetration and inspect electrical components such as starters, main breakers and motors.

Home Warranty Inspections

Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction. Generally during this period of time, the buyer develops a "punch list" of corrections for the contractor to repair under the warranty coverage. Some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye. It is prudent to obtain our home inspectors list of items that will most likely be repaired by your builder at no cost to you. You will be reassured knowing that potential problems were addressed before they grew into something that could cost you a great deal down the road.

Mold Inspections

At API, we strive to deliver quality mold inspections when you have a feeling your property might be at risk of mold exposure. Mold is known to produce different irritants and allergens that can become harmful for you and others. We pride ourselves on identifying the presence of mold and limiting its exposure.

Sewer Scope/Camera Inspections

Having a sewer line inspection isn’t usually on the list of potential concerns homebuyers typically have, but it very well should be. A thorough home inspection provides a homebuyer with as much information as possible to make an informed decision when it comes to purchasing a new home. Our team provides professional sewer line inspections which you can add to the package you choose.

Radon Testing

The primary defense against the dangers that radon poses to your family’s health is having a home inspector test it to detect unsafe levels of radon. Using state-of-the-art testing equipment, AURA property Inspectors™ can accurately measure the radon levels in your house. Gathering this data and helping you to understand this phenomenon will provide peace of mind as you look to make your home healthy for your family. Radon testing is the crucial first step in mitigating this potential danger.

Air Quality Testing

Indoor air quality is a greater health hazard than outdoor air pollution with pollutants being up to 100 times higher indoors. Not only should indoor air quality be of concern, but it is important to understand the common dangers that put you and your family at risk, such as radon, mold, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), allergens, carbon monoxide, and more.

Drone Inspections
